Monday, October 14 at 7PM we are unlocking the gate and co-hosting a Tree Week social at Kentucky Native Cafe.
We will have live music, drinks, and an urban design challenge. You may have noticed we have a lovely tree-covered cafe with a barren, asphalt wasteland in the back. Now that we are the new owners of this parking lot, we have a challenge to make it better. Therefore, we are calling on you tree lovers to join Michler's and Trees Lexington in envisioning a better lot and to celebrate Tree Week with wine, the sounds of the fiddle, and lively conversation about tree canopy scoring and storm water grants.
Doors will open at 7:00pm on Monday, October 14. Event begins at 7:30pm. Kentucky Native Café will be serving beverages.
