Sempervivum calcareum 'Mrs. Giuseppi' (Hens and Chicks)

Mat-forming succulent that features light green foliage with striking burgundy tips.  Rosettes grow up to 6" tall with a spread of 1'-2' and prefer full sun exposure in well-drained soil.  Central "hen" rosettes will send out offsets or "chicks" that will fill in empty spaces when the parent rosettes die.  Does well in rock gardens and shallow, gravelly soil.  Very drought tolerant.
