Agastache foeniculum (Anise Hyssop)

Commonly known as Anise Hyssop, this fragrant, pollinator-friendly perennial is known for its upright spikes of lavender-blue flowers that bloom from mid-summer to early fall. This plant typically reaches 24-48 inches in height and 12-24 inches wide. It thrives most in full sun and well-drained soil.

The tall bloom spikes make a worthy additional to cut flower arrangements and, due to its fragrant nature, can be dried for use as potpourri.
