Salvia nemorosa 'Ostfriesland' East Friesland (Meadow Sage)

Clump-forming perennial that features violet purple flowers throughout the summer and into fall.  Plants form a foliage mound that grows to a height of 10" with the flower spikes emerging above the foliage to 18".  Prefers full sun in soils with good drainage; somewhat drought tolerant.  Pollinator friendly; easy to grow.
